Printing
You will need to print these files on your own home computer, for best results we would recommend using the highest quality settings in your printer preferences. Printing on glossy photo paper will give you a high quality shiny result, alternatively white 160g card will give you a quality matt finish.

Cutting
Cut the hats out with scissors.

Assembly of Band Hat
Use sellotape to attach the straps to the front part of the hat. Measure the hat around a childs head to check the size you need, then trim any excess but leaving enough to overlap and stick to complete the circle shape.

Assembly of Cone Hat
Curl the hat part into a cone shape, overlapping the edges slightly and sellotape. Fold the ears about 1cm from the bottom so that you have a flat piece to tape to the side of the cone. Tape both ears to the side of the cone. Use a needle to make a hole in each side of the cone close to the bottom. Thread elastic through and secure it at both ends with knots.
